This detailed observation led to a rumor that Diego might in fact be a young Vaas, which, if true, would imply that Far Cry 6 is a prequel to Far Cry 3. Ubisoft. Thanks to the onslaught of new Far Cry 6 information in the last few days, players are getting amped up for the next installment with observations and theories.
That seems like way too specific a detail to be an accident, plus there’s the fact the kid just…sort of does look like a young Vaas more generally.

So, it having to do at least something with Far Cry 3 couldn’t be impossible. Diego will be the youngest secondary Antagonist to date. In short, yeah, I fully believe that this is a Vaas prequel.
Esposito and Vaas, i.e., Michael Mando, are currently working on the same show together, Better Call Saul.
That is not a scar that Michael Mando has in real life, and was specifically given to Vaas (along with his other, giant scar, obviously).
